Anti-aging

You can have an impact on how quickly you age.  Nutrition plays a pivotal role, and healthy food choices can slow aging, lengthening the lifespan of each cell and ensuring healthy regeneration of new cells.  Conversely, nutrition deficiencies and eating foods that inflame or damage cells can quicken the aging process. and you may be speeding up your aging process through foods you eat which may be inflammatory or contain chemicals which damage the cells. Dehydration also slows the circulation needed for nutrition to be delivered to the cells and therefor can cause accelerated aging too. 

Two of the most powerful things you can do to support a longer, healthier life and prevent signs of aging is to drink more water, and eat more raw foods. Raw foods contain enzymes- which are a key to healthy metabolism and cellular reproduction.  When we are young, we produce plenty of enzymes.  However as we age, enzyme production slows. Therefore consuming enzymes from raw foods like smoothies, juices, sushi and salads can fill in the enzyme gap and support anti-aging.
