2 frozen, chopped bananas 

1 medium sized avocado, chopped 

1/4 - 1 cup almond milk 

Serves 2-3

Directions:  Add all ingredients to a blender, mix, and enjoy. For more of an ice cream consistency, start with 1/4 cup of almond milk, and increase just enough as needed to blend. For a more smoothie consistency, add as much as 1 1/2 cups almond or another favorite milk. Enjoy!
